Recipes

One of the most exciting challenges I faced after becoming convinced of the superior nutrition available to us in the wild foods and the health-giving benefits of adding them to our diets was learning how to cook them in a way that was pleasing to the "modern palate".  In other words, how could I prepare wild foods in such a way that I could get my family to eat them, and not only to eat them but to enjoy them?  Thus began a passionate journey through the years of harvesting from the wild, learning to prepare these foods for my family and developing scores of recipes suitable for the family meal table.

These recipes come to you from the heart of my kitchen, tested and endorsed by my family and friends.  May they bless you and nourish you, bringing health to your flesh and strength to your bones.
